Project Description
The masterplan proposes to improve the potentialities of the area, that becomes a strategic point to connect the railway station and the site under the infrastructural system. The project intends to make the connection through a cycle-pedestrian bridge and carrying out a unique building complex with both residential and commercial functions.
Thanks to open passages and filtering zones is possible to cross the buildings and carry out their purposes. On the first two floors is now created a public or half-public layout, while it is private in the upper residential floor.
