E’ la fase dedicata alla definizione degli elementi fondamentali di un progetto, il cui scopo principale è fornire soluzioni innovative, tramite la gestione e l’indirizzo strategico del processo di transizione tra la fase di istruttoria del progetto (raccolta dei dati e analisi) e la fase di formalizzazione e sintesi dello stesso.
It is the phase dedicated to the definition of the fundamental elements of a project, whose main purpose is to provide innovative solutions, through the management and strategic direction of the transition process between the preliminary phase of the project (data collection and analysis) and the phase of formalization and synthesis of the same.
ARCHITECTURAL AND INTERIOR DESIGN
La progettazione architettonica consiste nel processo logico-artistico-scientifico in grado di individuare forme, organizzazioni e processi atti alla creazione di spazi dedicati in cui l’uomo possa svolgere specifiche attività quali abitare, lavorare, rilassarsi, curarsi, divertirsi.
Architectural design consists of the logical-artistic-scientific process capable of identifying forms, organizations and processes aimed at creating dedicated spaces in which man can carry out specific activities such as living, working, relaxing, taking care of himself, having fun.
SITE MANAGEMENT
L’obiettivo della gestione dei lavori e della sicurezza in cantiere è di collaborare con tutte le parti per consegnare il progetto in tempo, entro o sotto il budget e secondo gli standard di sicurezza, qualità, portata e funzionalità previsti dal proprietario.
The goal of work management and site safety is to work with all parties to deliver the project on time, within or under budget, and according to the owner’s standards of safety, quality, scope and functionality.
